We have been granted ACT 14 |
GS Properties Ltd are proud to announce that we have been granted ACT 14. This is an important step toward the final stages of construction, and adds credibility to any project. As MGM (Mountain Golf mansion) is only 8 months away from completion, we will be changing the payment terms for all new enquiries to a 50% deposit, with the remaning 50% due upon completion.
This change will take effect from Monday, May 12th, 2008. All units can still be secured with a reservation fee of Euros 2,000. Furthermore, all apartments within MGM are priced inclusive of 20% vat, and come luxuriously furnished with imported leather. |
