The show was a tremendous success, despite market conditions. Investing abroad in the top destinations like Bulgaria, which is still No.1 for capital appreciation with 33% returns last year (Knight Frank international market statistics, Page 18, A Place in the Sun Live May edition), is still immensely popular. Continued EU subsidies, and numerous foreign investment house cash injections, have led to further strong growth in the first quarter of this year. A new airport terminal at Sofia International Airport was introduced last year to cater for the increases in both tourism, and the business sector. Bulgaria has also embarked on a massive transportation infrastructure drive, building new ring roads, new motorways, and expanding the underground.
 
We were very encouraged by the response to not only Bansko and the Black sea, but to our property and project opportunities in the capital, Sofia.
