We recently attended the 'Sunday Business Post Property Expo 2008' in Cork, Republic of Ireland on March 29th and 30th, and would like to thank everybody who visited our stand.

The event was a resounding success, and we were pleased with the interest in our flagship property in Bansko, MGM (Mountain Golf Mansion).

   

 
Furthermore, we had a tremendous response to our special projects in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Both the Airport Hotel, and the Vitosha Mall in Sofia generated a huge amount of interest from those looking to make significant returns on their investments.
 
The Airport Hotel will be the first and ONLY hotel located at the Sofia International Airport (SOF), and will consist of 284 rooms. We predict at least a 90% occupancy year round.
 
The Vitosha Mall is located next to the exclusive districts of Simeonovo, and Dragelevchi, and is the only mall within a 6.5Km radius. There are currently only 4 malls in Sofia all of which have their office and retail space  rented out 100%.
 
The buy in costs for investment purposes is a remarkable 50,000 Euros
