PAYMENT TERMS:
3,000 Euro deposit which takes the property of the market, and secures the price.
30% deposit upon signing the preliminary contract within 30 day's.
10% 4 months after signing the preliminary contract.
60% upon completion and transfer of Title Deeds (less the initial 3,000 Euro deposit).
