PAYMENT TERMS:
1000 euros reservation fee. This takes the apartment off the market, and secures the price SCHEDULE A (Deferrment incentive):
- 10% is due after signing the PPC (Private Purchase Contract) within one month of reservation
- 0% upon completion scheduled for June 2008 - 90% (less 1,000 reservation fee) deferred payment 2 month's after completion ( currently August 2008)
SCHEDULE B (5% discount on the price)
- 50% is due after signing the PPC (Private Purchase Contract) within one month of reservation
- 20% upon completion scheduled for June 2008
- 30% (less 1,000 reservation fee) deferred payment 2 month's after completion (currently August 2008)
